Bookings are taken anywhere from 2 weeks to 24hrs in advance. Priority is given to existing clients.
You will receive as many photos as it takes to showcase your property in the best possible light. Usually 30-40
Images are usually delivered same day in high-res and mls versions with a link to an unbranded virtual tour.
$300 for houses, $250 for condos and rental units.
Video is available starting at $350.
